Terms & Conditions — Betflix Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Betflix ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at betflix.casa.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Betflix platform — including but not limited to the casino games section, sports betting section, live dealer tables, and promotional systems — you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease accessing or using the Betflix platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated version.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Betflix platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Betflix strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities conducted on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by Betflix from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Betflix, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a Betflix account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order, statutory restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Betflix platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Notify Betflix immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or assign your account or account credentials to any other person.

Betflix shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

Betflix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. Betflix does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Betflix reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically within 1–4 hours.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically within 1 business day.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be approved where: (a) the account has completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully met; (c) no active fraud investigation is pending on the account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the stated minimum threshold.

Betflix offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms set out in this clause and in the individual promotion's terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ranging from ×10 to ×20 of the bonus amount. Players must place qualifying bets totalling the stated multiple before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Example: a RM100 bonus with ×15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying wagers.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is MYR 300, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game categories contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) and live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds and bet type. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in the individual promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Uncompleted bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. Betflix reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that Betflix determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

All bets and gaming activity on the Betflix platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance. Betflix reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation reference is generated and displayed in the player's account history. Betflix is not liable for bets not accepted due to technical issues, communication failures, or system maintenance.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in the display of incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, Betflix reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any associated credits or debits. This applies to both sports betting and casino game outcomes.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with Betflix's official sports betting rules, which are published separately on the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds and may be suspended at any time during live events. Betflix covers Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UCL, UFC, and other major sporting events, subject to market availability.

7.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the game outcome at the point of disconnection will be treated as the final result. Betflix is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.5 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer dealing procedures, as applicable. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betflix platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Conduct: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any misrepresentation in account registration or KYC submissions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or live dealer tables.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotional mechanics for guaranteed profit across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the Betflix platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Multiple Account Creation: Registering more than one account under any name, identity, or payment method combination.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider for deposits that were validly processed and credited to your account.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by persons under 21 years of age to your Betflix account.

Betflix is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

9.1 Self-Exclusion. Players may request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. 9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.

9.3 Reality Checks. Players may configure session time alerts that display a notification showing total time played and net wagering position at defined intervals.

All content on the Betflix platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of Betflix or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Betflix platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from Betflix.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use any automated tools to extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software provided by Betflix.

Any unauthorised use of intellectual property owned by or licensed to Betflix will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betflix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity failures.
• Loss of data arising from hardware or software failures.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party game studio software.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or e-wallet providers.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Betflix does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. You use the platform at your own risk.

Betflix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at Betflix's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's request), the verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Betflix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Betflix will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Betflix platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
